All sessions are conducted online through secure Telehealth therapy across Minnesota, giving you the flexibility to access care from home.

50-minute teletherapy sessions

$150 per hour


Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) Sessions

$150 per hour

1st Session – Up to 60 minutes

Discuss symptoms, set goals, and begin the Accelerated Resolution Therapy process.

2nd Session – Up to 2 hours

This is where the main progress happens. ART uses guided eye movements and visualization techniques to help the brain reprocess distressing memories and sensations.

(While ART is similar to EMDR, Jennifer does not provide EMDR therapy.)

3rd Session – Up to 60 minutes

Follow-up and review improvements. Together, you’ll plan next steps or additional sessions if needed.

Additional ART sessions can be scheduled based on progress and personal goals.
